Volleyball
The team holds a 6–3 district record, placing them fourth.
The team started its district season off with a loss to Boerne Champion, losing 3-2. The team looks to start its second round of district play in a rematch against the Chargers at 7 p.m., home.
Football
Football heads into its bye week on a high note after a big 27-17 victory over Pieper in last Friday night’s Battle of the Hill Country. The team will return to action next Friday at 7 p.m., when they take on Wagner.
Water polo
Boys’ water polo competed yesterday, destroying Hays, 17-9. They currently rank second in district with a record of 1-1-1.
Girls’ water polo also competed against Hays, but fell short 3-9. They are currently ranked fourth in district with a record of 0-4.
Cross country
Next Wednesday, cross country looks to compete in the UIL 5A- District 26 in Seguin.
